What information does Stratus Phenotyping provide?

Stratus Phenotyping provides several trait measurements at critical times during the growing season. Clients are able to get incredibly detailed information from field trials quickly, including:

 

Generic products: 

  • Orthomosaic,

Generic traits:

  • Height

  • Lodging

  • Leaf cover

  • Vegetation indices – all possible vegetation indices are available – NDVI – NDRE – MCARI – CIRededge – Cigreen

  • Emergence

How does it work?

Stratus Phenotyping uses MAPEO, an automated image processing technology. MAPEO uses a multisensor approach  (including RGB, Multispectral, Thermal – Lidar,  Hyperspectral) to take images of up to sub mm resolution. The fully automated image analytics service then provides you with temporal and spatial analytics of your trial within 24 hours.
